Right-of-Way (ROW) Verification:

Trenching & Backfill Inspection:
Verify trench depth, alignment, and bedding per project specifications.
Monitor backfill material placement, compaction, and layer uniformity to prevent settlement and ensure pipeline stability.

Inspect stringing, bending, and lowering-in of pipe segments.
Confirm alignment, elevation, and ovality compliance prior to welding.
Weld & NDT Oversight:
Coordinate on-site weld inspections, non-destructive testing (UT, RT, MT, PT), and adherence to API/ASME welding standards.
Verify preheat, post-weld heat treatment, and welding documentation for traceability.
Coating & External Protection Verification:
Conduct field coating inspections, holiday testing, and repairs to ensure corrosion protection integrity.
Hydrostatic & Pressure Testing Supervision:
Monitor test setup, execution, and safety protocols to ensure pipelines meet design pressures and regulatory standards.
Environmental & Safety Compliance Monitoring:
Inspect erosion control measures, sediment containment, and ROW restoration efforts.
Enforce adherence to OSHA, DOT, and project- specific safety standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
Provide daily inspection reports with photographs, GPS coordinates, and digital records.
Maintain full material traceability, weld maps, and compliance documentation for project QA/QC.
