Comprehensive Mill & Vendor Inspections
Our inspectors provide on-site oversight at manufacturing facilities and service centers to verify:
Material control and traceability from heat number through final dispatch
Verification of raw material certifications and mill test reports (MTRs)
Dimensional inspection including wall thickness, OD/ID tolerances, and drift
Thread inspection and gauging to API/Client specifications
Visual Acceptance Criteria (VAC) for surface defects, dents, gouges, and corrosion
Hydrostatic test witnessing and pressure test verification
Daily inspection reports, photographic evidence, and formal mill certificates are provided, ensuring traceable documentation and real-time accountability throughout processing.
