Kimberly K. Bingham

Kim Bingham is the President of OMC International, LLC and has been since operations began in 2002. She worked hand and hand with her late husband, David Bingham, with the mindset and goal of creating a team of well-trained professionals who can learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment. Through the years she was able to help generate long lasting effects that have carried on since the fruition. Through the ups and downs, both industry and personal, she has always found great success in her positive reinforcement and energy which has helped engineer a path to success. Without Kimberly OMC would not be what it is today.

Kimberly currently resides in Fulshear, Texas with her two Labrador Retrievers Remi and Rylee. She also enjoys the company of her family and seven grandchildren.

Nick Bingham

Nick is the Managing Partner for Finance & Administration for OMC International, LLC. A role he has currently held for the past two years plus. Overall, his OMC career has spanned over five years with a start on the Tiger Pipeline Project in early 2008 in Panama City, Florida. It was here where he developed his love and passion for the midstream sector and pipeline operations. Prior to coming back, Nick spent seven years working in drilling and exploration. Here, he spent most of his time in-house at one of Halliburton’s leading gross revenue accounts for the EagleFord Shale in Cementation. In his current role, he leads and manages the company with a strict focus in Finance and is responsible for all cash management, insurance, budgeting, compliance and financial reporting.

Raised overseas in Southeast Asia and moving to Houston in 1993, Nick currently resides in Fulshear with his wife, Ashley, and their children. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with them. He has a passion for sports, with golf at the forefront as the game was introduced to him by his late father and something they enjoyed together.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with minors in Accounting & Communications from Texas A&M University.

Roman Rodriguez

Roman Rodriguez is OMC International, LLC Laboratory Manager. Before OMC, Roman worked seven years at Jindal Saw USA for the Quality department of coating, drill pipe and forging divisions. Here he was able to learn and develop skills that prospered him to laboratory manager. Now he has moved to OMC to help lead the new division of FBE lab sample analysis and more. His focus is on providing testing procedures and practices that adhere to the industry standards and customer specifications. He also takes part in developing and reviewing the procedures and training programs for the lab and other OMC divisions.

Roman currently resides in Baytown, Texas with his beautiful wife and two baby boys. When Roman is not working, he enjoys volunteering in the community and serving at his local church.

Ryan Bingham

Ryan is the Business Development/Marketing Consultant for OMC International, LLC. During his college years he interned with OMC as a traceability inspector where he was able to garner the day-to-day operations behind line pipe inspections. After graduation, Ryan spent four years in the construction industry working in various roles from the field to the office. Throughout the process he was able to gain experience in client relations, material production/completion and project delivery. Ryan is tasked with implementing OMC values to all OMC personnel and potential/existing clientele. He focuses on expanding OMC’s business ventures to other horizons and to maintain relationships for a lifetime. He believes that there is no better attribute in life than communication and with it we can all make a difference to change the world for good.

Ryan is a member of Pipeliners Young Professional of Houston (PYP).

Ryan currently resides in Fulshear, Texas with his wife, Nicole and baby girl, Blakely. When he is not spending time at his computer or in the field, he enjoys the great outdoors whether it be golf, fishing, or hunting.

Ryan Belanger

Ryan is the Manager of Engineered Equipment Inspection/Staff Engineer for OMC International, LLC. During his college years he interned with OMC as a traceability inspector where he was able to garner the day-to-day operations behind line pipe inspections. After graduation, Ryan spent five years in the upstream industry working for Nabors Drilling Technology. Here he started as a Mechanical Engineer and then as a Subject Matter Expert for their drilling equipment division, working on top drives and catwalks. This also included designing and providing field, sales and manufacturing support. Ryan is tasked with managing one of OMCs divisions: Engineered equipment. He is the liaison between the client and the vendor providing constant material updates and scheduling conflicts, if any. He also reviews and submits all Engineered Equipment Reports.

Ryan currently resides in the Heights with his Australian Shepherd, Bentley. When he is not at his computer he enjoys golfing and traveling on the weekends. He is also an avid intramural athlete with volleyball and kickball being his forte.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
